Why so fierce, baby?! Baked salmon Mermaid freeze! Eh?!

Saturday 23rd of nov:

Baby and i were celebrating our second month anni on this day as on the 26th of nov is a wed and we have lesson, so we decided to go out tgt on 23rd. Was supposed to meet 10am, however it seems that both of us were.. ahem, late. LOL. Met him at Yishun mrt station and trained down to lavendar cos we are going to his church. And.. the main purpose he went down there was to play PS2. =.=! Baby won for all the matches he had played with his church friend. Ha, he is trying to show me how cool and pro he is la. When u read this, don um chio, baby. I know you are.. heh.

After visiting his church, we decided to go to plaza sing to have our lunch and the funny part is.. while training back to Dogby Ghaut, we kept chatting and missed our stop. LOL. And, i realised that baby have a poor sense of direction. Hoho! Had long john silver for lunch. B and i had a bet and that is, he is supposed to be serious throughout one hour. NO lame JOKES. At first he said ok ok, end up.. haiz.. CMI ar! Passed by a shop where it is specially to train the parents and babies. We saw a baby swimming in the tub/basin and B kept emphasising how cute the baby was.

Seriously, we've got nothing to do so we walked ard PS and decided to move on to the Cathay. Stopped at body shop and bought my stuff. B started laming ard with the staff working there. Sigh. Neway, while walking down to the cathay, the weather was so hot and humid till we decided to stop at the near by This Fashion shop to cool down( cos got air con ma). Then we had second thoughts and decided to play pool. However, we can't seem to find the shop. Diaoz. Had dinner at Fish & Co. Dinner was satisfying and damn full. Woo hoo~ Slacked at cathay for a while then trained and bus-ed home with B. Spent almost my whole day with B. Though tiring but then it was worth it.

Hmm, suddenly have the urge to post old photos.. er.. not really old photos, photos that were taken a month ago. Fell sick again~ Second time in this sem. Haiyo yo! Cough and cough and cough plus sore throat some more. Chicken! Can't really talk or cough much, cos whenever i did that, my throat hurts. My voice changed to low, sexy and manly voice in the morning, cool huh? I left after the first meeting as i really need to go and visit the doc, becos cannot ta han. Baby went off with me too, cos he acc me to see the doc. Ha, baby thinks that the doc no life as he need to see many patients and have to stay in the small and cramp room everyday, so baby enetertained him. And gosh..  baby really made the doc laugh out loud. *faints* Like this oso can.... Went to chong pang and had kway chap. Baby said that simei's kway chap is better. Hoho! After our lunch, baby and i went back to my house to collect his bag as he left his bag at my home first before acc me to doc. Waited 969 with him. Had my medicine and went to bed. Drowsy~

16 more days to go and it will be our second month anni. Hope that day quickly comes! Okie.. here's a little revision for ytd's coffee training.

Our store uses Arabica and Robusta( correct spelling?) coffee beans. 80% of Arabica and 20% of Robusta. If we just use one of them individually, the coffee taste will be very bitter. As for Arabica, we can it at a higher altitude than Robusta, which is 6000ft high from the ground while for Robusta we can find it ranging from 900ft to 2000ft high. Arabica has a higher quality and high acidic level than Robusta. Er... yep. 3% of caffine in de-caf coffee.

Three methods to produce de-caf powder

1) dry method : by sun tanning the beans till it crack

2) Wet method : Soak in water to remove the oil/ something starts with the C, forget what is it called.

3) Swiss wash method? New way to produce de caf powder, soak in some kind of water( don noe where they get it from). Using this method, we can remove up to 1% and below of caffine.

Two types of problem occurs when brewing the coffee

1) over extraction

2) under extraction

Over extraction : When the coffee is flowing out of the quota filter very slow. This happens due to these three conditions

- Powder too fine

- Too much of coffee powder

- And during the tampting (tempting?)

For under extraction, basically it is the opposite of over extraction except for the tampting part.

Celebrated our first month anniversary at vivo, with baby boy! He came down all the way from simei to yishun to meet me first before going down to vivo. Train-ed down to vivo, and somehow, the train is packed. Oh well, public hols ma. At first, when we've reached vivo, we went to look for the shop which sells hello kitty stuff. Seriously we spent ard 5 to 10 mins to look for that shop cos the shop is like so hard to find la or you can say habourfront centre is big? HA! Gosh, hello kitty's so CUTE and KAWAII! After that, we walked ard vivo aimlessly, and finally got a seat and rest. Baby played with my psp( crazy taxi). Wah lao, baby have no sense of direction sia, finally met someone whose sense of direction is as bad as me, that's why we end up tgt la! LOL.

Dinner at white dog cafe(6.30pm). Ambience was perfect! He did all the planning and out of ten, shall gave him 8 and half marks. =) Ordered calamari and soft shell crab ( his favourites!), creamy salmon, mango chicken delight and tropical passion fizz. Nice nice! Finished our dinner at ard 8 plus and we went up and out to find a place to sit and rest. Boy's so evil, love to see me frown and my expression while guessing what he got for me. T.T Asked me to close my eyes and place it on my palm, and AH! I simply love it! Such a beautiful necklace! Baby have good taste huh?! LOL. Searched for the card first, bought green tea to quench our thirst and leave the place at about 10pm. Was intend to cab home, however. the queue... haiz.. jia lat. Very long! Train-ed the way back to yishun with baby. Cam-whore with him a little while. HOHO. Claris Tan En Qi is such a nice name. <3

One month and one day le, dearest boy. I don mind losing everything as long u are there to face the obstacles with me and supporting me. I just need you & my family, and some of my best friends. You must teach me and guide me, so i know what i really want. I will always rmb the day u first talk to me with ur lame jokes, how u scare me and surprised me by telling me the guy removed his rib cage just to..... How u get my number by saying " do you mind giving me your number, so i can disturb u during the nite" LOL! The first time we held our hands when we are walking ard that bloody boring CWP.
